  • Pro-Bono Support Program

LexNova Guild is committed to making a real impact beyond our member practices—by funding meaningful pro-bono legal work for the community. That’s why we’re instigating a twice-annually available Pro-Bono Support Program.

    How it works:

    • For every paid matter referred through the LexNova Guild, a portion of the transaction (amount set by the Board) is allocated to our central Pro-Bono “Kitty.”

    • Twice a year, Guild members can apply to have pro-bono legal work they’ve undertaken reimbursed from this fund.

    • Applications are assessed by the Board, with clear guidelines ensuring fair, transparent support for impactful pro-bono efforts.

    • Our aim: to recognise, reward, and incentivise pro-bono service—supporting members to improve access to justice while sustaining their practices.

  • How does The Guild protect my competitive position?

You maintain complete control over who you collaborate with and how. The Guild provides the framework for safe collaboration while protecting your independence and client relationships.

Can I choose who I work with?

Absolutely. You select your collaboration partners based on your professional relationships and trust. The Guild never assigns or allocates work.

What happens to my client relationships?

You maintain direct control of all client relationships. Collaboration occurs behind the scenes, with your practice remaining the primary point of contact.

How does the coopetition model work in practice?

You compete independently in the market while having the option to collaborate with trusted peers when it benefits your practice. The Guild provides the secure infrastructure to make this possible.
